MEET MIA

The many hats that Mia wears gives her a holistic understanding and approach to how she supports her clients. She is a Registered Nurse, Bachelor of Science trained nutritional consultant, whole foods chef, birth/ postpartum doula and certified yoga teacher. Her toolkit is greatly informed by the knowledge and practices of the time-tested health systems of Ayurveda and Traditional Chinese Medicine which greatly influence how she support her clients to finding whole health balance.
