MEET MIA

Mia Hay is a Registered Nurse, Holistic Health Consultant, Postpartum Doula, & Yoga Teacher. Supporting women's health and radiance is what makes her hum! She completed a Bachelors of Science in Nutrition in 2005 from Bastyr University, and a Bachelors of Science in Nursing from UNiversity of Colorado in 2014. She has worked as a nurse in the NICU and in a private medical practice specializing in Postnatal depletion and care. She leads Women’s Wellness retreats in Australia and Bali and together with her husband Brad leads certified yoga teacher training programs. She lives in NSW Australia with her husband and young daughter.
